1.5 million cyber attacks every day

Banking Details of Stolen Users
Among this malware, “Android.Bruad.A” has been detected 32 percent of the time. Researchers have also discovered that many malicious apps that looked like 100 percent of authoring apps have been successful in attacking consumer mobile phones. Among these fake apps, the fake Aarogya Setu app has been downloaded by most people during COVID-19. Through reading this fake app, the SMS of the attackers’ users has also gathered information about banking pins.
Two-Factor Authentication was also dodged
In the banking domain, “Eventbot” has emerged as the most dangerous mobile torzon virus. These malware users can collect data about SMS and banking PIN or password by accessing the data through in-built accessibility of the phone. The most interesting thing is that these malware users can also break the two-factor authentication of banking apps present in smartphones.
